BOLDBooking Platform – Subscription

Terms Effective Date: 04/21/2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the BOLDBooking platform (“Service”) operated by LBKH Solutions, LLC (“Provider”).By subscribing to or using BOLDBooking, you (“User” or “Client”) agree to the terms below:


1. Service Overview

BOLDBooking is a subscription-based software platform offering CRM, automation, calendar booking, email/SMS marketing, funnel building, and related tools.

Subscriptions are offered in tiered plans. Each plan has defined limits on users, contacts, and feature access. Users are responsible for selecting a plan that meets their business needs.


2. Account Access & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login or any team accounts associated with your subscription


3. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on selection

All charges are processed via your saved payment method through Stripe

Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle


4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or user error

Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date

Canceling prevents future charges but does not provide proration


5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform:

For illegal or abusive activities

To send spam, phishing, or deceptive content

To upload harmful or malicious code

In ways that violate third-party terms or data laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.


6. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of your data and client records

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data with third parties

You are responsible for complying with data privacy regulations applicable to your region or industry

7. Platform Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or service terms at any time.

We’ll give notice of major changes via email or in-app notifications.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.


8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

BOLDBooking integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, Meta Business Suite).

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data issues caused by these third parties.


9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance

In no event will BOLDBooking or LBKH Solutions be liable for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages beyond the subscription fee paid


10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

You breach this agreement

You engage in misuse or abuse of the platform

Payment fails repeatedly or fraud is suspected

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.


11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of that state, unless otherwise agreed.
