You will need a ChatGPT+ subscription. Work through each and at the end of each conversation, ask for a report. Copy and paste this report into a cloud service like a Google Drive Document. Seperate documents and give them obvious names for later. As you go you may use the previous reports to inform the different bots rather than repeating the whole thing. Just paste it in within the first few messages so that the information carries over. You can use these links as many times as you want or you may edit anything to your liking within the documents you save.

The idea here is that we extract all of the information that you know about your business to the point of being redundant. From there, we will use these reports to develop a knowledge base, wiki, and FAQ that can THEN be used to inform your own chatbots and GPTs for further use. This will seem long and pointless but we are shaking out all the details so that automations can answer questions and you can go back to doing what you love.
